Proposition 65

Your health and safety are important to us. Some items which Tackle Technology sells are subject to Proposition 65, which warns if products are carcinogenic (cancer-causing), or can cause reproductive harm. We make a good-faith effort to alert you, in the product descriptions, when products are subject to Proposition 65, by exhibiting this warning:

California Supply Chain Transparency Act

Tackle Technology sells items which are manufactured both domestically and in other countries. In all cases, we require our manufacturers to comply with supply chain standards which, among other things, include laws regarding slavery and human trafficking. Suppliers who are found to be in violation of those standards will be terminated.
